设计团队：Agenced’ArchitectureA.BechuAssocies完成的。项目方为了更好的建设Laayoune大学校园，特此举办了一场设计竞赛，而Agenced’ArchitectureA.BechuAssocies团队赢得了此次比赛。Laayoune大学位于撒哈拉沙漠西部FoumelOued的一个沿海小镇，这里风景优美，该项目是由Mohammed国王七世在去年的二月份发起的，该竞赛是针对全国的一个竞赛，是由OCp机构提供资金支持的。OCp是摩洛哥的一家公司，它也是在世界范围内从是碳酸盐生产的领头企业。

该工程的目标是通过一个崭新的平台，通过研究调查，创新景观，刺激该地区的经济增长和社会繁荣。AAABAssocies团队的作品不仅能展望校园的未来，同时也能与周边天然的沙漠背景结合起来，在人造景观与自然美景之间形成一个对话。由于地方气候的原因，设计团队从当地附近的自然线条和土丘中获得了灵感，校园内的设计主要以位于中心的，带有天篷的干道为主要防风镜，为学生们提供了一个隐蔽的活动空间。

Agenced’ArchitectureA.BechuAssocie?shaswonacompetitiontodesignanewcampusfortheUniversityofLaayounetobelocatedintheoceansidetownofFoumelOued,Morocco(WesternSahara).LaunchedbyKingMohammedVIlastFebruary,thecompetitionwasnamedanationalpriorityprojectsupportedbyOfficeCherifiendesphosphates(OCp),aMoroccancompanyandtheworld’sleadingproducerofphosphate.

Theprojectwasaimedatcontributingtotheeconomicandsocialboomoftheregionbycreatinganewplatformforinnovationandresearchdevelopment.AAABAssocies’designrespondstothiscallbyenvisioningacampusintegratedwiththenaturaldesertsitetocreateadialoguebetweenbuildinganditsenvironment.Respondingtothelocalclimate,andtakinginspirationfromthelinesofnearbysanddunes,thebuildingscometogetherviaacentral,canopiedarterythatcreatesshaded,publicspaceformeetingandinteraction.
